Hard-Earned Miles and Invaluable Experience at V4 Poland
Visegrad 4 Bicycle Race Grand Prix Poland
Following the opening battle in the Czech Republic, the racing weekend continued in Poland with another grueling UCI-sanctioned fixture. For many of our riders, this marked only their second career UCI race—taking place back-to-back across a single weekend. We lined up with a 5-man roster: four core riders—Attila Oros, Gergő Vörös, Kristóf Bojsza, and Richard Coma—joined by guest rider Kubo Husár.
Ramping Up the Pace and Mechanical Misfortune
The Polish classic kicked off at a deceptive, relatively controlled rhythm before the real war of attrition began:
- The Squeeze: As the race wore on, the pro outfits began drilling an increasingly ruthless pace. With Saturday's heavy efforts lingering in the legs, several of our riders were pushed beyond their limits and detached from the bunch.
- Mechanical Heartbreak: Bad luck struck Gergő when his rear derailleur seized up completely and refused to shift, forcing an untimely retirement due to mechanical failure.
- Riki’s Solo Battle: Richard Coma stayed deep in the fight the longest. Even when the blistering finale unhitched him from the main peloton with a lap and a half remaining, he refused to sit up. Dialing into his own rhythm, he dug deep against the time cut and pushed solo to cross the line with a hard-earned official classification.
Our Result:
- Richard Coma: Official classified finisher in the UCI international elite field.

Tackling a back-to-back UCI weekend is the ultimate proving ground for an emerging squad. We take immense pride in the grit displayed by the boys and Riki’s unrelenting commitment to the finish line.
